“I popped in store to look for a present for my other half. I needed help and the staff were amazing michala and the young gentleman were fantastic, they were very approachable and very helpful and friendly. I walked out with an outfit. I will definitely be visiting again.”

“Highly recommend this wonderful team. I was attending my brother inlaws wedding on the 15th Feb 2025 and being part of the grooms men we hired tuxedos from hancocks the full process was second to none from the first fitting to collecting and on the day of the wedding my self and my wife realised that a suit for my 8 year old son had not arrived as we ordered ON THE INTERNET VIA INTERNET COMPANY and not in any associated with hancocks upon realising we have not got the suit I contacted Hancocks while only being a few hours before the wedding i told the gentleman the situation over the phone as we was in louth preparing for the wedding and the gentleman said would we be able to make it to the shop as soon as possible as they would be able to help on arrival to the shop of Hancocks the team there while busy with other customers went above and beyond to have a suit fitted and supplied within no time at all for my 8 year old son. The team there really know how to treat customers and they go above and beyond under any pressure put before them. Myself and my wife really appreciated everything they did that day.”

“Proper service. I go twice a year for summer and winter shoes. My feet are measured each time, and a selection of suitable shoes is brought for me to try. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and it's like putting on a pair of comfortable slippers. Can't recommend highly enough. No idea how much shoes cost elsewhere, but these are excellent value and longlasting.”

A fabulous 1selection of clothes to suit most ages clothes for all sizes too with so many choices of colours styles whetger for partying or sonething more conservative for work.every age and e ery size is fully catered for here the staff are mostly friendly but are not encouraged to chat for long with customers . In fact it could adopt a better way of communicating with customers.but taking that aside i still like to shop here.”

“With such a poor level of places to go to get school shoes in the town I took to fb for recommendations and to my surprise Wynsors was repeated over and over. Absolutely fantastic service. Tracey was amazing she ensured each of my 3 children had the right, properly fitted shoes to go back to school with. She really couldn’t be more helpful and patience with each and everyone of them. Highly recommended and we will be back.”
