   The staff in this store are doing the MOST, especially Rachel!! They’re great! So helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Can’t recommend enough. The store is on the smaller side but they stock a variety of camping and outdoor products/clothing. Best interaction I’ve had in a store in…ever! They are really decently priced too, I got a great sized bag (25L) with loads of storage space and pockets for just £12!

   Marvellous staff, bent over backwards to facilitate my mother with some rapid low-cost waterproofs to throw over her kevlar jeans. With changing rooms, and lots of stock, I could have spent an hour in that cave! Many thanks!

They were too big so we took them back to the Freshney place Grimsby store who couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted out a pair for him that fit perfectly. Learned our lesson that we should have gone straight to the store, great shopping experience with helpful staff who are a credit to Milletts.
