    Shockingly bad store and staff, items showing in stock on website and app were not in stock at store ! Staff not bothered at all ! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Update, looks like Argos Alexandra dock is to close, good riddance of an aweful store.

    Ordered a product click and collect went to pick it up. Was closed due to technical difficulties later that day I got an email saying that the product was unavailable and hadn't gone through. I'm still waiting on a refund and when I go on to my account the product is to be picked up but the product is still unavailable. I'm getting no joy from the staff. Its disgusting

    Visited Argos today to buy a new cellphone, to be honest the staff were friendly, happy and so polite. A total shopping experience for a new phone in under 5 minutes from entering to exiting the store. Helped that I knew what model I wanted, even so it’s still a great experience. Many thanks to All Staff for being so efficient and upbeat during this current health crisis

    Poor service! Had a click and collect parcel from Ebay which was stollen, was definitely stollen from one of their staff. Parcel was signed for with name, date and time. I never received confirmation parcel has arrived which I would normally do so I can go and pick up. Then went to pick up another parcel and asked for the missing one as it's been fee days signed parcel was marked as delivered and signed for at the store. Staff was highly incompetent, not sure which one was the manager on shift but no help whatsoever. All I got told was your parcel is not here, we cannot find it and it might been returned to seller. I asked for evidence because the only evidence both seller and myself had was parcel signed for by one of their staff. No further evidence that parcel ever left the store. And i would have let it go if it was lost or someone actually looked into it and apologise. But not, staff was arguing and providing conflicting information. I could not believe how a customer facing staff can look you in the eye and lie. Overall I had to spent couple hours and several days to investigate with Ebay and deal with the whole situation. Great inconvenience for myself and the seller. Got money refunded at the end but all I wanted was my item. And argos to apologise but they won't!!!! I would have rated below zero stars if that was an option!

    Very good location, easy to get to and lots of free parking right outside the entrance for the whole retail park. Always well stocked, clean and presentable. Staff friendly and helpful. Orders are fast to order or pick up as expected with any Argos.

    Generally a good service if I fast track, but the staff levels on tills are a little to be desired. I understand the Xmas staff have to learn , and not up to speed but omg 35 minute wait to pay for a reservation I dare not go home without :-( 3 new staff left alone on the till and 2 of them filling out Argos card applications ....I need say no more

    Staff are friendly and generally helpful but long waits for simple items even when quiet. When busy staff are put doing tasks other than serving or getting items from the store room which is very frustrating. Always parking spaces though.
