   Forever overpriced, understaffed, and messy! We popped in as we got Giftcards week before but actually forgot to take them so had to buy new ones where we travelled to, the staff (Claire) was absolutely useless, had no idea what to do and said she cant do it "just call them yourself", I couldn't believe this level of customer service absolutely disappointing! We got gift cards in other shops, but the managers had much better customer service skills and knew what to do, maybe Next/Clarie needs some training because we walk away very unhappy. The only good thing was the Gnome in the photos!

   On entering the store I was approached by a member of staff called Natalie who asked me if I needed any help.I said that I need to find a Childs coats 18 months old.I was shown a selection saw exactly wat i wanted,thank you for your help Natalie for your good customer service.

   Very poor service, ordered a little party dress and shoes for a very special day for my daughter and the parcel is delayed and I got no confirmation when the parcel is at the shop. My daughter is very upset by this. Next has gone down hill with. there products. I have been a next member for over 12 years and this is how they repay their customers. Also they didn't let me put it on the next account I had to pay in full. Not a happy customer right now.
