   God forbid you have a shoe size bigger than 11 the staff were helpful but every trainer they scanned it's sorry we don't have size 12 it's hit and miss if we have them. Have you tried shopping online or out of town when the shops in our area need the custom the most no idea why most trainers say they go up to a 16 when you cant really get more than a 10

   Have been three times to this store … I have to say they are the rudest store I have been to in a while. Every time the staff are talking between themselves with zero customer engagement…. Not even a “hi” or eye contact! The funniest thing is, they have the ability for you to leave feedback on their Card machine - however they complete it themselves ….. seriously JD Sports …. Do yourself a favour and mystery shop this store … terrible!!!

   I ordered a t shirt from Vans online and it arrived with the security tag attached. I took it to JD Sports in Freshney Place Grimsby, who removed the tag for me. The young man who dealt with it for me was most pleasant and helpful. Thank you.
