Very disappointed! I just bought this item yesterday and only wanted to exchange from size M to size L. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt but the product is still brand new. Both the staff and the manager refused to help. Poor service and no flexibility at all. I will definitely think twice before coming back.
I am very upset I went in to Primark today with my husband and my son and the security guard followed us all all way round up untill we leave. I am very upset about this and something needs to be done about this. You can't have a security guard judging people on how they look think they are going to be able something without paying
My wife found just the item that she had been looking for and the price was cost effective.

Not to bad considering we're a town, but they have some good bits in store, for blokes and women
I quickly nipped in to but some Christmas gifts for my family, cheap cheerful and in and out, stayed for around 20 mins and wasnt a long queue at all , so happy with that.
Happy friendly staff, good wheelchair access ability. Was actually surprised with how little mens were there was in store. They sell more than clothing range even managed to get little one a Teddy.
As a dad, this place does my head in lol. However everyone else like it. Cant knock the prices etc Primarny
