   We called Ellis Hardware regarding an urgent change of locks that needed to be done within the hour. Eddy was extremely helpful and was there within 15 minutes to changed the locks. Definitely recommend this shop/eddy for any quick jobs needed.

   Useful for all manner of hardware items and fittings and you only need buy the quantity you require , not the amount major hardware stores want to sell you. If you only want one nut, bolt, screw or hinge, that's all you need buy. The staff are also friendly and helpful and know where to find what you want.

   Wouldn't recommend having keys cut - even to my untrained eye I could tell the key I was given wouldn't work. It had a completely different shape to my original. I was assured it was fine, however. When I returned after checking the key didn't work, there was no apology of any kind, or any compensation given for this inconvenience. They didn't seem to care at all. Really poor service and attitude
