   Had no idea where to return a broken item I had received. Went into Grimsby branch, menswear department to ask where to return the item. JAIME was on the checkout desk and said he could deal with it for me. I have never had such fabulous customer service. This guy went more than the extra mile. He was cheerful, polite and happy to have a bit of banter with myself and my partner. I was returning a broken item and he even went onto the shop floor and got me a replacement. He wrapped it so well for us taking it back home without any anxiety. I cannot say how much this made my day as I love the vase I'd bought. I have rang M&S but got through to a customer service helpline and don't have much confidence in JAIME getting the acknowledgement he deserves. Bravo JAIME you are a credit to the store.

   Used Parkinson's twice. The last time we ate in. This time we had a takeaway. Sorry to say this but the chips were hard on the inside. Had to throw them away. I'm sure this was just a one of. I would still recommend this place especially for the customer service. Nice staff.

   So , we mainly shop in this store at Christmas , however we tried the cafe and didn't know what to expect. It was quite late in the afternoon so around 2pm so certain things wasn't available. There was quite a big queue but it moved quick and unlike other places we've eaten in the town centre the staff was very calm and friendly , not an ounce of stress in their voice or attitude. We have an autistic child who's on a sensory diet which we explained and we was told by the very polite gentleman don't even worry about that The food was lovely as was the milk shakes and cakes and we definitely felt welcome. 100% hats off to the staff especially the lad who went above and beyond for every one and made you feel welcomed and comfortable Cannot praise the place enough Well be back next week

   My daughter found a table at the café so she could feed her baby whilst I bought lunch. The cafe person was shouting for us not to take a table before we had purchased and continued to make passive aggressive comments in earshot. We go out to have a pleasant time not to be treated like school children and told off by people who are supposed to be polite .many people who go there are elderly and have to seat their parents before they can manage their drinks it's alwyybeem like this.

   Second time I’ve visited the underwear department in Grimsby M&S Both times staff stood talking to each other oblivious they had a customer waiting . I found them most unhelpful as the shop was empty . I was the only customer there . I will never use this department again . I would rather drive to Meadowhall and get measured at Victoria secrets . Iam sure the staff will be accommodating and caring

   Racists, sending someone to follow me around the store all because I was smelling the perfumes. Just because someone doesn’t look like they’re “white” does not give you the right to profile anyone. Disgusting, will definitely not be coming back. A 0 from me

   The changing room on the second floor, menswear, was dirty and dust laden, today, 24th June, about 1400 hours. When I mentioned it to the checkout staff, a male, I was greeted with a shrug and "the cleaning staff never come here. " I explained that my concern was about getting my own clothes and theirs, dirty, whilst trying them on. Another shrug. "You don't really care, do you?" I said. A begrudged, "I'll pass it on." he grunted. I'm not sure that he wanted to be there, himself. M&S buck up!!!
