Have a order turned up on a express delivery and refused a refund. The driver took a picture so surly could tell that was not a full order
It was good. Got the things I went for. Clean and tidy. Plenty of car park spaces. Good choice of items.
I've been in three times, The first time I was starting looking for razor blades and got a very bed headache within 5 minutes, Second time I walked in and there was a very strong chemical smell made me feel sick, Third time I took my daughter to get a Halloween costume and we had to leave because she started complaining her eyes were hurting she was perfectly fine in Tesco before we went to ASDA. This shop is dangerous to peoples health...
Rude staff member at self checkout. Charged 69p for carrots despite price on the crate saying 46p. There was Lots of crates saying 46p. No big deal. It’s only carrots. Staff member made it out to be our fault. We didn’t put the crates of carrots in the wrong place. Come on!!! She was so Rude & it was all so unnecessary. Again….It’s carrots!!! Not a life altering event. A simple apology might have been a normal response but no…. We had to experience a staff member with attitude. What’s happened to customer service here. We were polite. We only wanted the price queried. Oh my!!! If you’re having a bad day… customers are not the ones you take it out on. Also 4 pack of donuts hard & stale . Yet still in Date.
Went for a breakfast and Latte, no sausages and no Latte only poor instant coffee. Why can they not buy sausages in the store if they run out. The fact that you order electronically and pay for it makes it worse. If they don't have products you should not be able to order it. Very poor
An abundance of parking, even at the most busiest of hours. The fuel station was easy to access and self serving (card payments only). From what i could see you have a few hours of parking in the parking lot itself so great for vehicle owners. As for bikes/motorbikes, there are lockups near to the front of the store to secure any vehicles with a lock whilst you shop Inside the store was very clean and well managed, the security personell and staff members were really nice to us throughout our visit. Stock was plentiful except for Prime (but then again its sold out everywhere in the UK). Overall, great experience and will come again if in Grimsby
I was looking for a rubber duck as a gift. I asked Stephen (an employee who was stacking the shelves) where I could find it. He went and found a rubber duck and tracked me down to give it to me... he even told me the price. Brilliant customer service, the guy went out of his way to help me and deserves a bonus.
Having a brother who is married to a man. I was delighted to find a Christmas card that was brilliant. It was Two Knitted Jumpers with HIS ON THE FRONT OF EACH. So it was perfect. This is the first card I've found in the 31 years they've been together. I'd just like to thank Asda for being so caring.
I think ASDA are to be commended for offering a roll,soup and a drink to pensioners for a £1. Some older people are struggling these days and this is one way they can have a meal in the warm for very little money. I also have only praise for the staff in my local ASDA (Grimsby). polite friendly and efficient. The cafe staff were chatty and helpful even though very busy. Well Done to all concerned.
Yesterday 13.11.22 sunday around 0945,i have had very bad experience with the "ladies" at the hot cuisine bar.And this is not for the first time! They were very rude And FAR FROM POLITE.
