   The store is so scruffy. There is an unpleasant smell in some areas, associates throwing stock on the floor, food quality is generally poor, tills are always closed and self-checkout constantly making errors which slow you down significantly when exiting. Not the last, ASDA Rewards gives you not pounds but nothing! What's the purpose of this? Clear scam!

   Asda Hull Beverley has fantastic and affordable prices, well organised and nice staff. It is very clean and has fresh produce. You can use the store for small shopping, large shopping, eat and go and there are other mini stores inside such as Costa coffee ☕, Max pictures etc.

   That little woman who works there started shouting at me as I changed which self service til I was using because it was playing up. I'm now without food today. As a customer who is polite I won't be spoken to like that. If someone isn't happy in there job they should find something that suits them and not take it out on customers going about there day to day stuff. I will not use this shop again as I respect myself enough not to be spoken to like that. absolutely disgusting behaviour.

   Used click and collect service and ended up waiting just under an hour for my order Could have easily gone in myself and been home in that time. Turns out the sign that says check in through the app is I correct and you need to go in and let them know you are there. Sign needs updating, can't believe I waited for so long
