   Dealt with a vet that I haven’t had before . One of the worst people I’ve met . No compassion or empathy. Thinks he knows it all attitude. Had my pet written off the minute I walked in . Judgemental . Left me very upset and confused .

   My dog wags his tail going in. Staff are friendly and so welcoming. Social media is kept relevant and informative. Everyone is kind which is what you need especially if you are concerned about your pet.

   Had to phone for an emergency appointment for Ramsay, got appointment straight away and was seen promptly. Reception staff were great on arrival, vet was excellent and explained everything to me, diagnosed the issue and given an estimate cost of treatment( wasn’t as expensive as I thought) before giving Ramsay the appropriate medication. Happy to say that Ramsay is recovering well at home.

   Our Matty cat had his first visit at Robsons vets' this week - we were very impressed with the roomy surgery and welcome. Rachel took the time to get familiar with Matty 's health history ( we brought him back from France) to make sure the vaccination boosters were compatible with the French ones. A lovely experience : Rachel is a lovely caring vet, she introduced us to the Pet Health Club too. Thank you Rachel and Linda at reception .

   I cannot say enough about the treatment given to my boy during his latest visit. Sadly and heartbreakingly it was to be his last, but the level of care and compassion shown to both him and I were 2nd to none. Judy, you were and are an absolute gem, please keep on doing you.
