   Great vets, very compassionate. Unfortunately I lost my dog during lockdown and Neil the vet was super calm and understanding and was able to fashion a way I could be with her at the end while still following guidelines. Never had a bad experience from them. Even my grumpy cat doesn't mind going there.

   A better place as my dog always thinks she is going to the shops in Ballater, not sure why but my dog prefers entering here compared with Alford surgery so we always try to book here, only draw back is its part time hours.
