Staff are so rude, your order is never correct and they get moody when you have to go back. Fruit flies all over the cakes.

Proper rude man staff member caramel ice latte with cream and the bits ontop you give me a cup of cold coffee! No cream a With NO caramel in! I went back in for the cream and you said I’ll have to charge you for the cream? What you should have done in the first place? no caramel in there you said there was I’m telling you there isn’t where’s the caramel I took a photo to prove a point! Sort ya attitude out as well! I won’t be coming in to that costa again! Rude.

Not my favourite Costa as way to many Gosport coffin dodgers go in there. Coffee still good as all Costas.
Was alright speciality coffee tasted like their normal and their rewards system wasn't working for my free birthday cake the award has expired now, although at £3 a slice I won't be in a hurry to buy another slice
