Super friendly staff and excellent coffee. I wish they would change the depressing music though. Eric Carmen's "All By Myself" on a loop is not the way!
Called in here for a coffee and cake thought it was over priced, young lady serving was a nice person but the man working with her was far from helpful, will not be going back ever again
What a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun staff are a credit to the company very polite a always smiling I have a brain injury and they are so understanding I always go there when I go down the prices are very good 10/10
Great even the drinks were brought outside for me and the bakewell slices were lovely cup of tea was fine
Given the constraints of its location (being within a dated building, still being adjoined to the arcade by locked doors, and not being the largest of spaces) this is actually a nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee (especially in the winter months). The coffee was well prepared and the cakes were tasty. I would happily revisit this cafe.

This is a wonderful coffee shop with nice coffee and delicious cakes and treats. The staff are friendly and the layout is modern and clean.
We've visited this coffee shop many times, it offers a nice selection of food and cakes, drinks. Has a nice seating area and we've always found the staff to be very friendly. It's very reasonable too. Good place to stop for a drink or bite if you're walking between GWQ and Southsea.
