   My daughter and I make regular shopping trips to The Walk In Wardrobe and I have to say the customer service is second to none all h the girls are great but the beautiful Ursula is one In a million She goes above and beyond to help and always makes our shopping experience more like a great day out.    Been recently asked about this review and had forgotten all about it. I went into the shop with my new baby to buy a coat for a wedding my mum had seen in the window. I tried it on and the style wasnt for me. I was eventually offered help, discussed alternatives but when I told her what I was looking for 'my vision' she and her colleague turned to each other, laughing and sniggering at me and full of criticism over my style to each other as they laughed. My heart sank, was I just being teased and bullied in a shop because on one occasion I wasnt going to purchase? Before I turned to leave, I called the owner out on her behaviour. I told her it was unfair how she just treated me and very unkind. Ive not been back since but heard many similar stories. Kindness costs nothing. If you have a unique style, avoid! Rude and unprofessional service today. Avoid in trainers and gym gear as the dirty looks aren't worth it and if you pop in with a baby, expect them to ignore you! If you try something on and don't purchase expect criticism and to feel very uncomfortable in the store. The store needs to learn everyone has their own unique style rather than being rude to customers about their choices.

   Disgraceful return service. Christmas pressie I got my daughter end Aug in sale. Wouldn't issue £20 credit note!!!! She'd probably have used it again and put £100 to it knowing my girl. Their loss. Never again. Staff rude, condescending to my older daughter who tried to return for credit note continually calling her "pet" and referring to two week return policy. Really over Christmas when shop wasn't even open!! Most multinationals give gift receipts for Christmas we've bought months before it for our daughters and grandkids needs to get up to date with policies for this time of year.

   Cheap cr@p clothing, poor quality, over priced. Don't know how they make the clothing look fab in their videos but in real life they are awful. They don't offer free returns and their postage costs are expensive.
