   Went into Donaghy’s twice today as I didn’t have my dress with me the first time. Looked at the shoes in occasion department but no one came near me to assist, although one member of staff definitely saw me! As if I was invisible! All customers should be treated equally and acknowledged by staff. I most definitely won’t be rushing back.

   What a lovely experience today shopping in Donaghy's. I was collecting my prize from 65th birthday and was so well received by staff. I purchased clothing in kids dept and in ladies clothing. The staff were all so lovely and helpful . My daughter and friend also bought shoes and were delighted with their items. Think we found our favourite shoe shop. We will be back. Thankyou so much to everyone. I will be wearing my Brooks trainers and telling everyone about Donaghy's. Tyvm pleased as punch

   Donaghy’s is a great Department store with the most friendliest, professional and polite staff that will go the extra mile to ensure customer happiness, nothing is too much. The store has all to offer in latest fashion trends and one of the best stores that has stood the test of time . My recent experience - I live away from home and wanted a particular shoe - I messaged the store & they called me this morning without delay. , my shoes in stock , purchased over the phone and I’m looking forward to receiving them. tomorrow - also shipping & returns free - that is another winning point and unique for a small family business - this highlights , they put their customers first as priority.    Despite the large queue a sales assistant noticed how my son was struggling with waiting in line. She arranged to come get us when it was our turn and let him sit on the big blue round sofa so he could watch his switch and move about. Excellent attention to details and shoe fitting was quick.

   Cannot recommend this company more. I live in the Republic of Ireland and I ordered two pairs of shoes for my 3 year old online at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they arrived at my door first thing Thursday morning - less than 48 hours later. They have an excellent selection of high quality shoes at great prices. Delighted I found this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.
