   I bought a pack of beans from the Leeds branch that I liked. Was pretty sure it was the Ethiopian blend but I threw away the package, so wasn’t sure. The young lady at the counter yesterday wouldn’t make me an espresso to taste if that was it, even after I offered to pay for it. Instead, she suggested I order online and return it if that wasn’t it First time going to a coffee shop and getting denied to taste coffee before buying

   I love this place! If you want good quality, tasty teas, this is the place for you. Prices are good too for the quality, a bit pricey but you vet yourself money's worth 100% and they always have some deals and discounts going on. The staff is always friendly, helpful, chill, and knowledgeable about the products so you don't need to be shy to ask questions! I come here about once every month, and I highly recommend it to any tea lovers!

   One of my favourite brands of hot chocolate, so I was delighted to come across this shop during my first visit to Portsmouth. The store has a lovely selection, and I ended up picking up a few tubs to take home — the 60% hot chocolate is especially delicious! There was always a tasty sample available to try. The staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. A great little shop for any hot chocolate or tea lover.

   We bought a few Sticky Toffee Pudding tubs of hot chocolate in here in August. Lovely, kind staff work here they are a credit to your business. You can try any hot chocolate you like while here by asking them or try what's on offer. Absolutely brilliant idea and will continue to buy from here. I've signed up with my email and got a free sample of Raspberry Ripple hot chocolate, which I loved!! All nice and clean very tidy.

   Excellent variety of teas, instant teas, coffee grounds and beans. Staff was really keen on explaining me everything about their product varieties so I could make the best purchase based off my tastes. You can find both high quality leaf tea, as well as tea bags, as well as quality fresh coffee grounds or beans, which can be ground on-the-spot for your desired coffee coarseness (e.g. for turkish coffee, or press coffee). After my purchase, staff offered me free samples of teabags, one of their instant tea, and one espresso shot of one of their medium-dark roast coffees. Overall a 10/10 experience for such a shop.
