My husband and I have just been into the Fareham broadcut branch and the staff were so friendly and happy, that we felt we should feedback.
Lovely helpful staff and fast serving times. Large seating area too. Would come again if in the area.
First time in this Costa, hot and tasty Mocha and an Apple Tea (nice too, first time of trying) both served by a friendly and efficient young lady (pat on back to her for making us feel welcome). Only slight critisism - it's a noisy building, needs sound dampening!

Popped in with a couple of colleagues on a late Thursday lunchtime - only a few tables available, I'd say about 90% full. Service at the counter was a little slow, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The visit was unremarkable but I would like to mention a couple of things; The coffee cups were all filled to a ridiculous level which made it impossible to make it to a table without slopping the drink over the side onto the saucer - it really doesn't need to be so full! The other issue is not the fault of the staff - it's infuriating when customers that have just entered rush to a vacant table and deposit a coat to 'reserve' it before they join the queue at the counter. You're not in Magaluf, you don't need to reserve your sunbed before the Germans get up. Wait your turn!
All staff are friendly and provide good service. I would say mainly 10/10 but odd occasion a 9/10. Prefer the service here to alot of the other costa shops.
Great Food, coffee and location. However toilets were not very clean at all.
Fantastic Costa I went in on Monday, the staff were all lovely and welcoming. They told me to find a table and they'd bring my order over. I walk with a walking stick, I very much appreciated the help. Thank you!
