   I no longer like Costa coffee, they are not consistant enough from branch to branch, one coff can be just right the next shop too watery or milky. O dont like Costa anymore. I did write to head office a couple of years back but got no reply so why should i bother

   Popped in 4 a coffee today, was served by sadie, she was really friendly and helpful. She recommended the strawberry and vanilla cake, it was delicious. Ill definitely be back to this Costa as the service was great!

   Staff insisted on touching rims on every cup, did not use handles on cups. Witnessed member of staff run hand through hair and then pick cup up by rim....yuk. My panini and sandwich left on side, so drinks would have been cold by time food arrived. Staff looked as miserable as sin. Spoke with shift supervisor. Absolutely awful person. If she was training staff as she said she was no wonder they looked unhappy. She clearly had her regular customers who she would much rather spend time with. She got really rude and insisted on giving me a refund and then told me leave. Did she really think I would stay with someone like her supervising. Absolute dreadful experience

   Standard Costa in a glass roofed shopping area. We went during the week and it was less than half full. There are some comfortable bucket chairs around the sides if you're lucky enough to get them...
