Visited Sunday afternoon, with 2 people in front of us in the queue and still 10+ minutes to be acknowledged and another 10 minutes for our three shakes to be made. No smiles, staff in no hurry. Wouldn’t come back.

Great speedy service always with a smile Nothing is to big or to small. Prompt and shakes prices are good and yummy served me right on closing time with no grumbles.
It was empty of customers but had 3 staff so I was served quickly. Milkshake was nice enough I'm put off returning though because of the high prices
Overpriced overrated slow pathetic service. 30 min keeping the piece with a 7 year old for this junk.
Very poor experience, I arrived at 15.50 to be told but the man at the counter that we are not taking anymore orders. I explained we had travelled especially for a milkshake and he just said sorry about that and turned his back.
Premium prices low budget service. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to actually appear and serve us. Then once we received our drinks the order was incorrect. Total refusal to rectify their mistake not even a sorry. Horrific customer service !
Amazing Milkshakes, so many different flavours and combinations ! The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is very quick.
