   Do not order from this place they lost my parcel and then lied and said they would refund me within 5 working days. 5 days went past I contacted them and then they said the refund hasn’t gone through how does that even make sense

   I strongly advise against shopping with GettheLabel. My parcel was marked as delivered by Evri on 6th October but was in fact delivered to the wrong address. The delivery photo and the driver both confirmed this, yet neither Evri nor GettheLabel have accepted responsibility. Despite providing clear evidence, I’ve been left without my order or a refund, and both parties continue to pass the issue between them. The lack of accountability and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

   Don't order from here!! My order got delivered on my.doorstep while I was out, once I came home the parcel had gone. I contacted them and they just passed me to evri. Evri was just the same the said the courier was in the right place on the GPS and then they referred my back to get the label. I appreciate that the parcel had been delivered on my doorstep whist I was out, but it wasnt in any sort of safe place and was there in full.biew of anybody walking past!! Ive had no further contact from them, so I emailed them 5 days ago and still no reply!!! I would appreciate it if you could contact me!

   Bought these Adidas Response CL trainers in April, only wore them for special occasions and days out in the city and look at them. Completely faded and worn, so much so they have almost turned white! Never owned a pair of trainers that have gone like this after only a few months, total waste of money. *Update spoke to CS who said I can send my trainers to be inspected with a two week turnaround. This wasn't to refund me but purely to check them. They then suggested I'd cleaned them with something to make them go white, in the end I decided against sending them off as I'd have to buy another pair of trainers and deal with them making excuses as to why it's my fault.

   Charged over £5 for a refund for a pair of shoes which were too small, after having paid £3.99 delivery charge. I will never buy from you again. It's quite normal to have to return clothing or shoes bought online, as they can't be tried on. I've never been charged like this before with any other online clothing store and I'll stick to more reputable and fair sites in future.

   Would leave zero starts if I could. Paid £3.99 delivery for something worth £11.99, had to pay £5.50 to return it, so basically paid nearly £10 to have nothing! Who even charges returns anymore?!? Do not buy, unless you're sure you're going to keep

   I had to return a pair of shorts as they were too small. So I followed the instructions online to return them and paid to return them via Royal Mail. When I took them down the sorting office I was told they don’t take them and was told to post it in the post box. So be carful if you need to return items and Royal Mail have now lost my parcel and I can’t get any kind of refund! I’m annoyed at get the label because I’ve done what the website told me to do and it seems they don’t care about their customers items being lost!

   Their return system is a joke. You have to pay nearly £5 using their "intelligent returns" system if you want any of the remaining money back. In case you didn't know, this actually goes against the Consumer Contracts Regulation (2014) which should allow customers to get a refund for the price of the returned goods and the postage costs they paid.
