My daughter was having my 1st grandchild and my present to them was the Oyster travel system with the humbug flavour pack. We ordered this on the 9th Feb. 2013 when she was about 26 weeks pregnant I paid £753, the delivery was to be in May. Towards the end of May I phoned Annetts and was told that they had received part of the order and would contact me when it was complete. My daughter was due on the 15th June but delivered early on the 6th June, I contacted Annetts again to be told that the order was not complete but most of it was in, I collected this and was told that the remaining part should be arriving soon, this part was for the carrycot and was the flavour pack. I phoned twice more to be told it was still not available and someone would phone me back which did not happen, on Mon. 24th June I again phoned and this time I would not be put off, I reminded them that my contract was with them and not the supplier and it was up to them to chase my order up, and if I got no satisfaction I would write a review on the internet, I was phoned back within 5 mins. to be told they had been on to the supplier and the pack would be in store on Wed. and they would phone me when it arrived. Thurs. morning I got a call to say the supplier had got it wrong and my flavour pack was not in stock and would not be in until sometime in July but in the meantime they would try to locate it in other shops. I phoned again this morning and they have not located one and they do not know when it will be available through their supplier, I have cancelled my order and have ordered one online my delivery date is between the 3rd - 5th July. I will get a refund for the part they could not obtain but I feel aggrieved that they have had my money from Feb.and still could not complete my order in July
