   Came in with my husband the other day looking at different options for our senior cat who has had some changes in her eating habits recently. The lady who helped us (I'm sorry I forgot to take your name) was friendly and highly knowledgeable regarding the products and gave us several suggestions which we were greatful for us we were really struggling. Elmo (our cat) seems to be preferring the new kibble we purchased and also the wet food and pates suggested. Will definitely be returning to try a few different flavours for her. Thank you so much

   We recently went into the Northampton branch inside Dobbies Garden Centre and we wanted some advice as our dog was struggling with his diet. The member of staff was very well aware of the types of products that would be suitable for him. We tried a new product and now his digestion is a lot better now. The member of staff said if it did not work we could bring it back for either a replacement or refund - wow how good is that customer services.

   Excellent shopping experience, buying gifts for someone who is just about to get a puppy and wasn’t sure what to get but was approached while I was looking around and given very sensible advice on choosing a few items for such a young dog. Their knowledge was fantastic and they certainly knew exactly what I should and shouldn’t buy. Highly recommend visiting this store for their expertise and choice of products which was vast. Also a very clean store and well laid out. Will visit again in the future.
