   Absolutely brilliant shop. Went in to buy an aquarium. The guy couldn't help us enough. Advised us that the Woburn Sands shop was closing down and may have the aquarium we wanted at 25% off. He rang the store for us and reserved the tank. Gor an absolute bargain. Will be back here when it's time to purchase our fish and other bits.

   Originally went to reefkeeper rugby who had a wide range and great service however a little pricey..not being negative at all as worth a visit.. however was taking the father in law to find specific fish he had in his mind and called in on the hope you was still there .. I couldn't fault whatsoever..had a large range of fish and a fantastic caring customer service..will return and update with the name of the staff member as he was faultless..gave great advice.. didn't hassle nor speak nonsense to buy extra but 100% honest and provided a service next to none.. brought 2 oscar fish with food recommendations provided and will now return for more fish and future purchases.. credit well deserved and 100% recommend .. everything met expectations and will always recommend and return..

   What a stunning Maidenhead Aquatics! From the start, the communication with the store was great. I sent an enquiry via Facebook messenger and was greeted by a swift response, luckily they had what I’ve been looking for, a Mbu puffer. While I was in store collecting my puffer, I took the opportunity to browse the store. What a great looking store it is. The store has a vast selection of everything to help inspire you. There is plenty of choice of everything and thats what I like! Very well laid and really well organised. It’s definitely one of the best looking Maidenhead stores I’ve been to in quite a while, very neat and tidy too. All Maidenhead stores should aspire to look like this store. This store also has an amazing selection of fish too, all tanks and setups were spotless! Both staff members Ash and John were amazing! Very knowledgeable, passionate and really friendly. They obviously put in a lot of hard work and love into this store, absolute credit to Maidenhead. It was my first visit to this store, great first impressions and great experience shopping there there. Shame this is not one of my local Maidenhead’s. Thanks again for all your assistance to today guys and thank you for allowing me to purchase the Mbu Puffer, very happy with him.

   Went today to try and find out some information on how to look after fish as me and my partner are planning on getting some fish as first pets. Member of staff (didn’t get his name) was really helpful and answered all our questions and was giving us some advice on what to do best with looking after them. It was really nice that it didn’t feel like he was pressuring us to buy things but more just giving advice, it made it such a better experience. I was worried due to us looking young that he wouldn’t take us seriously but his level of professionalism and his knowledge was brilliant, really wish I got his name. Going tomorrow to go and get our fish!! If he is there tomorrow I will make sure to name him as he was brilliant

   The aquarium section within the garden centre is impressive. You can pick up all the equipment you need to start a tank and, choose from a wide variety of tropical fish. Perfect for both beginners and hobbyists.

   Went to this fish centre today.have been a few times ...but was absolutely appalled by the staff there today..myself and partner went to purchase some female guppies to put in our ta k with our males.. was told by a male salesperson they we had already enough fish in our tank. Now these people do not know us ,so how the hell can they say what size tank we have. We wer told afterwards it was mistaken identity which to me with no apology had no real meaning as an excuse for bad customer service...then tried to tell us what we already knew .no suprise there was no fish purchase to day and will not be in the future..I shall be sending an email to whoever is in charge of this place as I am a very disgruntled customer .that should be now abd will be EX CUSTOMER. Well done the staff at maidenhead aquatics northampton in dobbies at hunsbury ...

   Good variety of fish but they have always looked pale in colour compared to other maidenhead aquatics that I visit, took the hit and brought some cherry shrimp from here and they died unfortunately, unlike other cherry shrimps that I have purchased from other Aquatic places or other Maidenhead so personally I won't buy from this store again. Obviously this is just my opinion so its always worth a look for yourself.
