Good products and prices, only let down by the really frosty and unwelcoming feeling when I arrived to pick up my goods. The guy who served me was so unhelpful and did not acknowledge me when I arrived, I felt really unwelcome as a solo female.
If you’re female. Avoid this depot. They make you feel like you’re an inferior little woman. Only 1 guy out of the 4 guys behind the counter actually gave me advice.
Great little business. Very helpful staff taking their time to ensure I got all the correct parts. They even helped me carry out to the car. Good customer service very much still exists.
Purchased a new car battery for my 2017 VW Polo. Part in stock, competitive price but above that invaluable advice about resetting the electronics to keep the new battery from overcharging. Great service.
