   Went in today, and was treated abominably. I wasn't spending a fortune, but need a selection of core plugs. The guy told me they had a box in the stores which he would have to go through (not my fault) and asked what size I needed. I said I needed 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, and 43mm. He then said he couldn't be bothered and moved onto the next customer. If that what post-covid customer service has come to, then I hope they go broke, and to hell with them!!

   Called to enquire about a part and was greeted with a grumpy, very rude, and unhelpful member of staff Couldn’t find the part I requested but even if he had I was already put off by his awful attitude. Called euro parts after and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Found the part in no time and customer service was like night and day
