   Having taken our cars to Neil and the team at Mototech over the last 16 years, it was a no brainer to call them and discuss a problem that has occurred with our newly acquired Camper Van. After discussing the problem with Jack I was told "that sounds like a headache and not one I'm willing to take on at the moment" was not the reply I was expecting. No suggestion of who may be able to help or what Jack thought the possible problem may be - just cut off with a no, can't / won't help you. I understand your business has grown in the last 16 years as a result of great service and therefore loyalty from your customers - but it's very sad to see how this is no longer the case. I wish you well, but from now on, i'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

   First time I’ve been to mototech and the service was fantastic. Had to get a new tyre, left the wheel with faulty tyre the previous morning and was replaced and fitted back on next afternoon. Fantastic customer service 10/10 , Steve was super helpful. Highly recommend

   Finding a garage that you can trust, is honest, friendly, fairly priced AND competent is nigh on impossible. Luckily for me these guys are in my local area. THIS IS THE BEST GARAGE IN PORTSMOUTH/SOUTHSEA. They are very professional and from my point of view couldn't recommend them more highly. Amazing service.
