Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the parts are reasonably priced and either available on the day or the next day if required.

Great price for a car battery. It was just over £40 and available for collection immediately. I paid more than double that cost for a motorbike battery from Halfords a week later.
Had in stock exactly what I wanted and came in £40 cheaper than some of its rivals.
Great service and very helpful. Ordered online and picked up within a few hours. Only 2 customers allowed in shop at the moment due to covid. But good to see they are keeping customers safely seriously

We arrived at the store about 15 mins before it closed. We were being made aware every few minutes they were closing soon and being rushed. I asked if I can use my discount code in store as it would have taken about 50% off my order. I was told I can do it online but again they were closing soon. So I did it online but then was told I can’t collect until Monday even though they had the parts there and were willing to put it through on the till and I can take the parts today. The lady was being very pushy and the gent was rude and snappy. What happened to customer service? They just wanted us out and we were made to feel very uncomfortable. After working in customer service myself I am very disappointed with the service as they were very unhelpful and rude.
