If I could give less I would. Almost got into a collision with a driver from this company, due to them sitting in my blind spot and then deciding to undertake me, which proceeded in them being very aggressive on the road. If this is how they drive, I’d hate to think of how they function as a reputable business. Very disappointing
I was using the next door garage ramp hire and needed a part for my car. Unsure of what I needed I entered Pro parts. All I can say is WOW. You guys are amazing, not only understanding what I trying to describe but actually coming next door and looking. I love the fact you have a large selection of pro tools on the shop floor but also the most important fact you all know your business. You are all so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping hear for decades, and they are still the most friendly and helpful people I've met in any automotive parts shop. I just bought a replacement battery for my mother's key fob and he fitted it for me my partner for the windscreen wiper and he fitted back to without even having to ask. Super satisfying customer service. Will continue shopping therefore decades to come.
Needed an indicator relay for my classic Austin, tried Pro Parts and the guy knew exactly what I needed, and had one on the shelf. Dropped in to pick it up and the guys couldn't have been more helpful. They also have a great range of quality tools, consumables and accessories, and all looked keenly priced.
In the years I've been using Proparts, I've never been let down. Extremely friendly staff who always go the extra mile to satisfy your parts needs and who refund if parts are unused. 10/10 definitely.

The new shop in lovedean is great, with so much more in stock. Pro parts are always my first place to call for car parts and usually have what I need or can get it swiftly. The service here is friendly and helpful, with knowledgeable staff that get you the correct part first time and at a reasonable price. Basically the exact opposite of the bigger known competitors!
