Couldn’t fault the customer service when I used them earlier in the year but i thought when you spend over £600 on repairs you thought it would last longer than 6 months. Having to get it fixed somewhere else and they said it shouldn’t happen. Won’t be coming back
I had yet found a garage I trusted and could rely on up until now. I decided to use AR Autos based on the reviews left by previous customers on Google. I can say I am very impressed with their services. I contacted them last minute and I was able to leave my car with them that day. They informed me the issues I had with my car and even repaired my dual mass flywheel and clutch under the quote they estimated and I got my car back sooner than expected. Today was my first time going to A.R after having them highly recommended to me by other members of the Abarth Owners Club. Extremely professional, high quality and quick service. They truly went above and beyond all expectations and were fantastic guys as well! The pricing for what I had done to my car was extremely fair too. My friend and I turned up at the garage to ask them to diagnose an engine fault. They arranged a trailer to collect my car from home. The following day they phoned to explain the situation with clarity. Excellent repairs and helped plan future repairs with open, honest and very good pricing. Very professional and friendly team. I am absolutely blown away by the service received from AR Autos. As I was nervous about driving my campervan to them , Carl and his wonderful teammate came to me and just as well they did as the clutch had completely gone! To save me the cost of a tow, they drove it back in convoy, with no clutch!! The whole replacement was done in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price, with some free bits thrown in, and they even brought the van home to me once it was fixed up! I didn't think such wonderful, personal, local service existed these days. I'd recommend AR Autos to anyone and will be using them going forward for all my automotive repair and maintenance needs!
