   Tried to buy some walking shoes. They had the ones I wanted. Couldn’t get anyone to help or find me my size. Went to the till and asked for help. Was dismissively told to “stand over there” where I waited for another 20 minutes while all the staff ignored me. I eventually had enough and left empty handed. Cost me money to park here. Bought online from a different company instead.

2. SAMSUNG PHONE ★☆☆☆☆

   Are now using Facial Recognition Software to scan you and follow you around shop. Noticed a sign only on leaving. Would not have shopped if have known. Now won't be back. Who owns this Software. Where is this data kept and who is it being shared with. Aside from that the layout of the shop is terrible. Trapped upstairs always trying find stairs. They try to make it seem like a high class shop with their layouts but it isn't.

   Unfortunately, it's not a great shop. Waited 20 mins to get someone to retrieve a pair of shoes from the store. I also noticed that you can't get a refund if you buy and then need to return things. They only do a credit note that you have to spend with them. Put me off shopping here. Went to TK max got the same product at a cheaper price. Why would anyone want to shop in a place were you get a credit note if you change your mind about a purchase. Fools and their money I suppose.

   I was looking for some women’s trainers. I reached out two people, perhaps they were too busy. But, one clearly wasn’t fazed that I’d been there for quite some time and carried on talking, the other person was multi-tasking. My shout out would be for Ryan in the Men’s trainers section. I didn’t tell him I couldn’t get served. But, he got me the trainers and was helpful whilst delivering a great service, even though he was serving someone else. It certainly helped towards the shopping experience.

   Was impressed with the customer service from M ichea’l who went ‘over and above’ to help me with presents for my gr’children.Such customer service is rarely seen in these large warehouse type modern stores and this mannerly sales assistant was a ‘breathing fresh air’ in his manner of customer help.

   Used to be a great shop. Now it's a joke of a place. There's a fella with a beard always seems to be fixing the same 3 jackets at the door. Has no ability to talk with customers and when ask... Anything he's asking someone else. His laziness is starting to eat into me. Till serving is less than ameture.

   Good range of sports wear at reasonable prices. Large selection of running shoes and usually we're in luck and they have the sizes. Friendly, quick service and within half an hour today we were out the door with 2 sets of sneakers both bought on special offer.
