Purchased office london slip on pumps 2 weeks back and after second the sole is already punctured. poor quality not last longing. Very delicate not good for daily use.
Still waiting for my correct refund, I’ve emailed several times but their customer services email is a black hole and online chat doesn’t work unsurprisingly
I was informed that I would be able to do an exchange after the 28 day by a member of staff within this store. They later turned back and refused to do the exchange and all the staff members present were not accommodating nor did they seem to believe what I was saying. I found the whole interaction rude and will not be shopping there again.
I wanted a pair of Uggs and Office in Londonderry / Derry was the only shop to have my size. Called on the Friday and advised that they had them. I asked if they could transfer to the Belfast store and a flat no . I asked if they could be posted at my expense and again no . I asked if they could hold to Sunday as had to drive 80 miles and again No. I really wanted them so changed all plans to get them. The girls in the store were lovely. My issue is with the company. Zero inter branch transfers and no option to post appears unusual .
Shoe styles seem very limited and the cibe inside the shop is jot to my taste, but I would argue some shoes are quite expensive and the selection isn't great overall.
Staff are so friendly and the store have such amazing sale prices on good name brands.

I used to go into a shoe shop and go to the mens section, now all the shoes appear to be just throw everywhere and anywhere. Was impossible to find anything here. Shop also seemed kind of grimey. Prices also dont seem to be that competitive. Need to seriously rethink their layout.
