BMS Cars are amazing. The team are always there to fix my car when needed or sort my MOT in a timely manner. Communication is clear and they're happy to discuss options for repairs and also always make sure to check with you first about the work that they're intending to do, as well as making sure to make you aware of all the cost and repair options so you can make informed choices about how you want to proceed. They know their stuff too- once I was advised my car was unfixable and needed scrapping. I took it to BMS and they located the issue and fixed it- no worries. They also have a super comfy and warm place you can sit with tea and coffee if you want to wait around while you're car is fixed and also courtesy cars if that's something that you'd need. I've been coming to them for years and I'd never use another garage! They're just brilliant.
I would highly recommend BMS they are very professional with brilliant customer service and support. I had been having intermittent issues with my old truck. Jack was brilliant, very helpful and explained in detail all the work that was carried out. Everything that could possibly be done was completed. Many thanks to Jack and all the BMS team, they have gone above and beyond to be helpful.
These guys are refreshingly honest and fairly priced too. I will not use any other garage for my BMW. I have had large jobs from turbo replacement through to regulars services every year and tyre replacement. They also offer courtesy cars which is a life saver when your car is in the garage.
Outstanding. I’ve not used BMS before - stumbled across them by accident. Customer service excellent, rapid MOT, went out of their way to replace battery and make a number of repairs. Speedy too. I will be recommending to friends and family in Chichester, and definitely plan to use them from now on. BMS have secured a new loyal customer!
Had a problem with my car on Friday. Had a mobile mechanic come have a look, however didn't resolve the problem. Later went to BMS and they found the problem and was able to fix as soon as possible. Definitely go back again for more problem. Great friendly, supportive staff
Had an issue with my car. Would start fine , be alright for journey but wouldn't start again until engine had completely cooled . BMS were brilliant.Used diagnostics but even better has great wealth of knowledge and experience to pinpoint the problem and fix it quick. Great customer service and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone
Took advantage of their 'First MOT for £29' offer and was extremely impressed. Great service. They passed my (very old) car without finding anything wrong and sent me on my way - all for £29. I will be using them every year from now on!
