Came to Hutchings Services after both my rear indicators stopped working. (I'm sorry i didn't catch your names) but both the mechanic and receptionist were incredible, managed to find the issue after quite a confusing diagnostic and all working perfectly. Definitely be coming back to have my MOT / Service next year
Really impressed with this garage! Had a problem with my Peugeot's fan that was flagged at MOT - Hutchings were a better price than local Peugeot dealership, and the customer service was just as good, if not better. Would go back for my MOT and Service there in the future, haven't been loyal to a garage for about 5 years either. Thank you!
I gave up on the Renault Group Network servicing having had some awful (lack of) service and other issues. I have had my vehicle serviced (and MOT) undertaken by Hutchings and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the work/performance, reasonable costs and polite and friendly interaction with the owners. I shall return.
Mini Cooper S with A/C issue, two other garages unable to diagnose problem. I was recommended to Roy and Liz Hutchings. The issue was quickly diagnosed as a leaking evaporator and the condenser/dryer, plus re gas and miscellaneous parts needed replacement as well. Car booked in for 2 days. They went above and beyond so much so they worked over the weekend as a parts concern that was not their fault caused a delay to the repair. Very transparent Proprietors and 100% customer focused. As a female driver, i look for honesty & trust when I take my car anywhere to get advice or for maintenance. I haven't always found it but I now know I can be confident that at Hutchings, Im getting honest, good service at a great price.
Had a car full service today. A very well run family business . They take pride in looking after their customers and keep them fully advised during the day. Had my daughters car done today and my Audi going in next week. Why pay the charges that the big car companies charge when you can get the same done here with much better customer service.
