Went to headlights check, which they did, carried out adjustments very quickly, I ask for the bill, to my surprise! They said free of charge!! Great place will be using them again, Peter
My old van needed a new clutch, and after two incorrect clutches fitted by another garage in Bognor, I managed to get it done at Eames. Excellent service, great staff, and I'll be going back in the new year to get more work done. I highly recommend this company!
This was my first time using Eames. I called late on a Friday afternoon looking to book my car in for repairs, expecting to be told ok bring it in next week. They invited me down straight away and within half an hour they had taken a look, made sure the car was safe to drive and ordered in the part they needed. After the weekend I brought it in to have the part fitted and it was done before I finished my bacon roll! Amazing service and really friendly and professional guys - thank you!
The wonderful team at Eames have been looking after a number of cars of mine for several years. One past car was far from the most pristine-looking vehicle on the road, but they still treated the car with a great deal of care and attention. Other cars have needed everything from small run-of-the-mill jobs to bigger and more costly work, and at all times the team do everything with honestly and fairness, answering questions and walking me through processes and jobs where necessary. Not once have I been overcharged for anything, not once have I been left disappointed. The whole team are passionate and friendly, a truly stellar crew. I quite literally don't take my car anywhere else, nor would I want to!

The main dealer said my brake light fails would cost £400 to repair… Eames managed to fix it for flumpence, with bit of detective work. Great service and always looking to help out with reducing costs. Also searched around to find cheap but decent tyres for me.
If I could rate zero I would. Incredibly rude staff. My car failed a mot test with these amateurs, they tried to spin me a yarn saying I would need expensive works. None of what they said say right with me took it to two more garages to be evaluated lord and behold my car was absolutely fine and it should never of failed in the first place. AVOID
