Superb,honest tyre company. The operatives there were good to us, when in fairness we thought that we were in a sticky situation. They checked the tyre and there was no damage, it was the way they served us that counted.
Great experience, I even cocked up my order and they made the sensible adjustment so I could still get my wife's tyre sorted. Smiles on the doors and let me leave the car there a few hours too. Legends
We wanted nitrogen gas put in our tyres and ATS do this. The service was quick in and out in 15 mins we booked an early slot. Will go back again to get topped up with gas for free. Well done guys.
Not my first time using ATS and won’t be my last. Website was easy to use, price for 4 tyres with the summer Michelin offer was very competitive. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Plain rude; not the first time either. Multiple occasions called about MOT and replacement tyres. Customer service interventions needed.
I visited ATS for a new tyre after noticing mine had gone flat shortly after arriving in Chichester. The staff were extremely helpful and replaced the tyre swiftly, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our day. Highly recommend.
Absolutely disgusting service from this place. They fitted 4 new tyres but I experienced vibration through the steering wheel that only started after the tyres had been fitted. I booked it back in for them to check it over and upon arrival they told me they couldn't help and tried to physically remove me from the shop. The guy refused to give me his name. Absolutely appalling service.
Dreadful! ATS supplied and fitted a new tyre for me which, they discovered, turned out to have a manufacturing defect - a small hole in the sidewall thus the tyre deflated. They refused to replace this tyre unless I paid for the replacement. I would, they said, be reimbursed by the manufacturer in due course. That's twice the money for the one sale whilst the risk and aggravation would be mine - to me this smacks of sharp practice, it also contravenes The Consumer Rights Act, 2015, but I'm told it's Company Policy! I declined their offer and I'm suing them. Never, ever, use this company if there's an alternative within a hundred miles. They also left tyre lube all over the tyre.
