   At 3:55 PM, an older employee came out to inform customers that the store would be closing in 5 minutes. While I and a few others were getting ready to leave, I overheard her complaining to a colleague, saying that if she were a customer, she would have left immediately upon hearing that. Does she really think this store belongs to her? I left the store less than a minute after her remark. Such an unprofessional attitude is unacceptable in customer service. It’s truly disappointing for anyone who pays to be treated with such disrespect and dishonesty.

   Went in with my partner the other day and spent over £200, then returned 2 days later to get more outfits, there was Only one nice polite staff member there.. others made us feel uncomfortable and if we didn't really want some of the clothes out of there would have taken my business else where... I took my 16 day old baby out of her buggy as she was a bit wittery and was actually asked by a member of staff why I had taken her out, (like it was any of her buisness) I then tried some clothes on in the changing room and she then stood there taking one item on and off the coat hanger just so she could see what was going on, I wouldnt have minded if we looked like shoplifters but we was both dressed in the river island stuff we had bought 2 days prior, if I wanted to be judged I'd audition for the x factor.....

   Went into pick an order up for my daughter, assistant was totally unhelpful, dont know what her name was, all I know was that she had disgraceful customer service. She had really bright pink shirt on & really really tight chequed trousers. Think she was only there for the wages nothing else. Hope she isn't the manager. No hope for the other members of staff if she was. Grimsby Freshney Place 09.03.20. Very unhappy
