Ged and James are honestly the best. They help me whenever I need to ask questions or have my car looked at. I get so anxious something is wrong with the car and I know nothing but they both are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. Friendly, honest and never make me feel silly
I phoned GB Autos on the off chance today to see if they could fit my Smart in for an MOT..they booked me in for 12.15.i dropped car off at 11.15 .By 12.35 I had a phone call to say car was on way back from MOT and as he’d seen me walking back this morning did I want a lift back to garage I accepted and he picked me up got to garage paid fee and off I went .All within a couple of hours ..Great local garage definitely will be using again ..thankyou for such a personal service !
James and Jez are absolutely brilliant. Always been a bit dubious and untrusting of mechanics and I've had a few issues in the past with my car. They've slotted me into their full diary, taken extra time out of their day to inspect my car, sorted out my tyres and MOT quickly and carried out subsequent repairs and reasonably priced too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and 100% recommended!
