   Took my car in for a repair quote after someone reversed into it. Kai told me about Car Call - a non-fault accident claims management company they do repair work for - the process was seamless from start to finish, I didn’t need to involve my own insurance company & I don’t have to declare an accident or a claim. The repair on my car uncovered a previous poor quality repair from before my ownership, so they stripped it back & repainted it, I ended up with pretty much a new whole front end & the paint finish & blending looks amazing, like it’s just out of the showroom.

   Took my car to these guys to discuss work and get a quote following on from a non fault incident where my car was hit while stationary in a car park. The initial emails were speedy and prompt and once I took the car in, Kai was spot on with his advice. They work with an accident management company called car call who they put me on to. It took the stress and the chasing and hours of being put on hold while trying to deal with the claim myself out of the equation. I simply collected a like for like courtesy vehicle from them when I dropped my vehicle off. The work done by bodyguard was excellent and the bumper and wing looked as good as new, I ended up with pretty much a whole new respray down one side which I wasn't expecting. Whole process from start to finish was easy, informative, honest and stress free. Will use these guys for anything body related going forward now and will be recommending them highly. Top work and top blokes. Cheers!

The staff were personable and easy to deal with - no hard sell, just straightforward advice and a clear explanation of the available options. The repair was completed to a high standard, and my car was ready on time. One thing that could improve the experience would be an online portal to track the progress of the repair.    Amazing service from Bodyguard on the repair of my daughter's BMW 1 series. Josh guided us through the difficult process of dealing with the insurance claim and kept me informed at every single stage. The quality of work was astounding and as a keen amateur paint sprayer myself I couldn't fault it. The job was done on time and to the utmost care. If I ever have any future claims I'll will insist on my own repairer and Bodyguard will be getting the job.
