I can’t recommend this garage enough! The lady on the reception is so helpful with amazing customer service and every time I’ve had my car go in, the mechanics have been great! I won’t take my car anywhere else.
I booked my car in for an MOT online and within minutes I was contacted with a time slot which I agreed to.On arrival I was met by two friendly ladies who could not have been anymore helpful. As I was waiting while the MOT was carried out I looked around the waiting area to see if they had a coffee machine. The ladies then offered to make me a hot drink which I accepted. Each time one of the mechanics came into reception I was greeted with a smile and a hello. Everyone was so friendly. The car passed the MOT with a few recommendations so I asked for a, quote, and by the time I had driven back home I had a text with the quote. I accepted and the work was carried out the next day. Amazing service.... Plus I was offered a coffee while I waited again. I really can't fault this garage and I would gladly sing their praises any day. I will definitely be going back when necessary.... Oh and for a cheeky coffee :-) Kind regards Skip
Taken my car here twice now, once for mot which was amazing so quick and what needed doing was completed same day. And another time for something that needed fixing. They fitted me in so quickly and got the job completed. Price wise also very good. Really would recommend this company. Il be using them from now on. Good communication regarding when your car is complete/ ready to collect timing too.

The mot bloke is the most rudest bloke ever. There is bits on the mot that didn’t even need to be said absolute rip of garage wish I never went there would never ever go back not even if the work was freee rip of avoid at all costs

Can't fault these guys at all really impressed with the service i received. After them fitting dad's car in for a very last minute MOT on a Saturday morning I booked my car for new steering rack, both front stabiliser links and a passenger side suspension strut mount. After dropping car off they told me the mount wasn't needed and removed that from the invoice showing a very good example of their honesty. Upon removing steering rack it turned out the universal joint was seized and needed replacing they went out of their way to find the part even when suppliers couldn't provide the part. They kept me informed every step of the way and the work completed is spot on I'm more that happy with the service and upon collecting car the bill was cheaper than first advised (bonus) Really can't fault havant drive in in any way. They have definitely gained a new customer for any future work required by myself and my dad. Thank you guys..
I went to two places to try and get a few dents knocked out and a respray and both would not do the work unless I paid out for the whole of one side of the car to be done. This is not what I wanted. These guys were great. I explained that I didnt expect perfection and just wanted it tidied up. For the price they have done great job. Better that I expected. Really impressed.
