Used collection service and no one turned up. Rang at 1pm and they said they tried by no one was in. I waited in all morning and arranged it around work. my appointment was booked for the afternoon no one phoned before hand.

Was looking for a clutch repair workshop and used a search site which listed RAD Auto as an option. Their pricing was pretty good based on other quotes I had, so I used them for my Toyota. Painless exercise and car is perfect. Took my wifes car today for glow plug replacement .Again quick turnaround, clear communication, and competitively priced. So far I can only say I have found a local workshop I plan to use going forward. I do oil/filter + small services myself and based on the invoices, RAD Auto is very reasonable for their time and expenses. Returned today (Nov 2022) - all good for my son's car. Lots of work needed from water pump, brake drums, timing belt etc and MOT. All worked out and again a happy customer.
Great garage, no BS, great engineers, friendly and if you're female ornot mechanically savvy, happy to explain the work needed in simple English!
Changed brake discs and pads and straiggt after I began to hear clicking sound which was something new. I thought may it will disappear but unfortunately. I went to garage they said that can't do anything unless offer to change brand new brake pads again which will cost for me. There are was no sense to change to new ones which they alraedy changed to new ones. Than, I went to different garage, they said that they not fit correctly or very likely new brake pads not compatible with my car why is cause this clicking sounds. Anyway they refuse to step further to resolve the problem which cause after their garage service. Genuine advice would be.... AVOID them and don't get fooled like me. The lower price not mean you'll get good quality. Now I'll need to pay double...
