Popped in on the off chance of getting a tyre repaired on Sunday, all I can say is you know that good feeling you get when you know the staff have gone out of their way to help? Great price great staff thank you.
I do not recommend this garage, it is absolutely incredible, they do not show any interest at all. I have done the wheel alignment twice with them and I have had problems, I can’t do the wheel alignment every 10k miles,I m an airport runs driver , i do many miles every day. Absolutely ridiculous.
Kwikfit Havant have got me out of stress twice now on a Sunday in the last 2 years. Even with 30 mins before closing they were happy to check over our car, clearly explain what needed to happen and were so friendly and helpful. Fixed by 12:00 on the Monday, with no fuss. Would highly recommend, thanks so much!
best garage ...like they used to be. actually care for the customer and not just the money. they always try to fit you in and happy to talk through everything. really welcoming and definitely go the extra mile to help. even when busy. absolutely brilliant spoken to 3 different men there this week and all were just as lovely.
Great service when I called up and asked to come in earlier then booked. The person that dealt with me was friendly. He helped to replace a trye which I thought might be a repair. Do recommend the store and staff

I really only have one issue regarding working practice. Last year I had new tyres fitted and have had no problems at all so the wheels have remained in place on the car, on my visit this year your tech's needed to remove the wheel's for the service and a repair job. In carrying out this work they have damaged one of my locking nuts so were unable to remove it. So the problem that I had no hand in making was pasted onto me to fix, I have now had to buy a new set of locking nuts at £40-00, pay a further £40-00 to a welder to remove the damaged nut and this could all have been avoided had the nuts been replaced with a Torque Wrench and NOT the AIR GUN (again a practice without my name on it).
Problem with tyre losing pressure, was afraid it would mean new tyre, but after a very thorough check which I was able to watch from the waiting area, they told me it was a leaky valve which was replaced. Also able to fit me in quickly with not appointment.
