   Avoid at all cost❗❗❗ I left my car with this garage on Monday. In the evening they told me it would be ready to collect on Tuesday. On Tuesday I called repeatedly but nobody ever picked up the phone, as a result couldn't go to work. Only the next morning did they tell me they’d had a “glitch” and couldn’t call any customers. To make matters worse, I then found out they hadn’t actually fixed the problem with my parking sensor at all. Despite not resolving the issue, they still went ahead and charged me. Unreliable communication, poor diagnostics, and no resolution. I strongly recommend avoiding this garage.

   Excellent service. Skoda Superb went in kangerooing from mystery cause with no fault code reported by ECU. Neil and his team spent several hours running comprehensive tests to narrow it down to 3 possible causes. At all times they were open, up front and informative about what was happening, and didn't at any point suggest work to fix the car that they weren't absolutely sure wasn't causing the problem. They gave me complete confidence in their knowledge and experience, and I was very impressed with their customer service.

   Had my Q7 booked in for an Ad Blue Fault, I used the courtesy car they had so brilliant on that front, although my fault wasn’t fixed per say, we managed to agree on an alternative solution to fixing the issue which has now resolved the initial fault. Cannot fault these guys, highly professional and reasonably priced. Would use again. Many thanks. 5 Star garage.

   Very busy place and sometimes you have to wait to get in because it's busy...which also means it good. So plan ahead. I have always had great work done here on my Audis. They are very helpful and the prices are fair. The guys do tend to go above and beyond to help you get what you need done. I have my MOT and Service done here every year, and anything else that crops up as mine is an older car and needs a bit of TLC. Would recommend if you have an Audi and don't want to pay main dealer prices.

   And here we comes again,after more than 3 months in their garage,my car had 3 fuel injectors changed and turbo replaced,so over 3k for that job and apparently 2 days later, exactly same issues,no power,black smoke and high fuel consumption,on my call they said there's no guarantee for the fuel injectors,but might be a guarantee for the turbo. Anyway,I decided to bring the car to a trusted garage up near London,so here we comes again,because they didn't clean the whole system plus pump,pipes,tank I suppose to do the same thing,all 4 fuel injectors have to be changed again. Avoid them if you can!!!

   I suspected I had a coolant leak on my mk7 Golf, upon realising this I phoned the guys at the VW Service Centre (Gosport) who were extremely busy, but still managed to find the time to fit me in on a Friday afternoon. They located the leak coming from the water pump and managed to supply and fit a new one in a timely fashion. Absolutely amazing service, from the customer care to the top quality work carried out on my car in a short time frame. I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough, excellent service all round and will definitely be using them again in the future.
