   Everything about my recent service at this autocentre was excellent. The work on my wife’s car was completed with no issues at all and everything that needed doing was fully sorted. The pricing is clear and transparent, so there were no surprises on the bill. I also really appreciated the convenient drop-off, as I was able to leave the keys through the letterbox before opening hours, which made the whole experience very easy

   I've been using HiQ/Motorforce for a little over 20 years because they are competent and friendly. They may not be the cheapest garage but have an enviable track record for successful no nonsense servicing and repair. I cannot recall ever having a problem with their work.My partner has also used HiQ/Motorforce for over ten years and has similarly enjoyed no problems and reliable motoring. Trustworthy and good value for money in my experience.

   Great service provided. Phoned at 1300, car in the garage at 1400 and back home fixed for 1700. Pads and disks all round and a break calliper for good measure, not bad for 3 hours work. I shall definitely be using them again.

   I called needing an urgent MOT test and HiQ were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived the next morning and was fitted straight in. The car was immediately put on the ramp and work started straight away, while my son and I waited and made use of the free customer Wi-Fi. The car passed its MOT; the invoice and certificate were printed and given to me quickly and the price was bang on. Also received some good advice re the advisory. All in all, an excellent experience and I’ll definitely go back again in future.

   Tried to book my car in to have some tyres fitted. First time I called I was told they couldn't hear me very well. Ok, I'll call you back in a sec, I said. It may be my phone or headset I thought. Called them back and I was hung up on as soon as I said hi, even though others can hear me just fine. That was rude and unnecessary. If they'd said, can't hear you I would of just booked the car in, in person. Saves me petrol I guess as I'm not using them now. Politeness doesn't cost a thing, especially when you want someone to trust you with their car.

   My Audi TT lost its air conditioning, and a recharge at my local garage didn’t help. HiQ were very efficient on the phone, and the car booked in quickly. They diagnosed the problem, gave good feedback, and duly fixed the problem. Their communication was very good, would recommend them , especially for their straightforward approach.

   I can highly recommend Motorforce for their fantastic variation of services that they offer. I had a puncture and they were able to see me as soon as possible. When I went to get it fixed, the team looked after me so well and were very quick and efficient. I was able to wait in their waiting room and was kept in constant communication in regards to the repair, and the expected remaining waiting time. The job was done fantastically, and even better then that, it was carried out with a smile.
