   I bought a 9 year old Discovery 4 with their ‘best in class’ 6 months warranty. I was also assured the 1 previous owner had fully serviced the car with Halls Garage. The car also came with full service history. Within 6 months the car needs a new engine chain, cambelt, and brakes. All of which are not covered by the ‘best in class’ warranty. The car is now worthless and the garage showed zero empathy! Be aware of of the Sales BS when you purchase cars from this garage

   Amazing experience and popped in on the off chance one of the team could help with an issue i had with one of my lights. The ladies at reception and John fitted me in within a couple of minutes and i was on my way in no more than 10 minutes. A really friendly garage and i will definitely be using them again for my service and MOT in the future. Highly recommend and saved me a small fortune compared with going to Halfords!

   I dropped my car into Halls at around 11am on Wednesday without having an appointment as it suddenly developed a lack of power and severe juddering. I had a call at the end of the day to update me on progress and a call at the end of Thursday to tell me the problem had been diagnosed and repairs completed - all within two days despite their workload from jobs they already had booked-in. Excellent service and communications and, bearing in mind how complex modern cars are, the bill was very reasonable. I have been using Halls for several years and have always been very satisfied with their communication, service and prices. A local garage business where there is a genuine concern to meet customers needs. Thank you.

   Absolutely amazing! Booked car in for 8.30am, received a call back at 10am. Work was completed by 5pm and I received my car back the same day! Very helpful and such a nice service. Price was good, cannot fault them!

   Halls have serviced my Mini for sometime now and rescued me as well when all the software died. They couldn’t do enough to help. And they didn’t charge me either. It’s an excellent garage with super staff and great attitude towards the customer. They are also much better priced than BMW but just as good.

   Super professional service. My car was leaking coolant from the thermostat housing gaskets. I had tried to get other garages to do the work. One (a major chain) failed to provide a quote and the other quoted (to replace the wrong part I found out later) and then advised they wouldn't be able to do the work. I phoned Halls and they fitted my car in for an investigation within days and then within in days of the parts arriving from Germany they booked the car in for the replacement work. The work was done swiftly and the engine bay was left immaculately clean (which it was not before the car went in for the work). I shall be using them for all maintenance and servicing work from now on on this car.

   We found the pre-owned BMW we were looking for on Autotrader and had a part exchange figure for our car all quoted on the phone before going to H.H.Halls, a registered and approved RAC independent used car dealership.Questions asked were answered openly and promptly. The car was exactly as described and the history was known. The test drive with my wife was perfect. We agreed the deal and left after a deposit to collect the car a week later. The package consisted of free RAC breakdown Cover for a year and 6 months warranty. The completion of the uncomplicated paper work was relaxed & leisurely. This is an outstanding quality used car dealership with a very personal touch. There is a an emphasis on telling the customer the truth about a car's full history, condition and what may need to be done before final sale. Relaxed, unpressurised negotiation, excellent service, honesty and commitment are their key features. We were not local, but the journey was very worthwhile. We are very pleased with our car and would not hesitate to trade with them again. Well done to Paul and his team. We unreservedly recommend Halls Garage Car Sales.

   Just had some work carried out on my BMW and I was regularly kept updated by Jon and his team and the work was carried very well and problem solved. Car was very well looked after. Also just had my vauxhall in for rear breaks and again excellent workmanship and very well looked after. Jon and his whole team are very good at what they do and i highly recommended Halls garage. And also a big thank you to Ashley who looked after me as always and kept me informed of how job was going. Big Thank you to all at Halls garage.
