   At the beginning of July this year I googled a local mobile mechanic and came across O'Neill's Autos. Will came very quickly and told me what is (not fixed yet) wrong with the car. He explained that I have to pay £40 call out charge, which I thought was fair, William told me that I would get the £40 back of labour charges if he gets the work, Great I thought and I agreed with William for him to do the work on my car. He then said I have to pay the car parts ahead of the work being carried out, so I handed over £160 in cash for the car parts ( What a fool I was, ) and William said he would be coming on Tuesday to fit them, but he didn't hold up to his word, Tuesday came and there was no show from O'Neill's Autos. I had to chase it up, been given a story why he didn't come ,so we arranged another day . The day came and there was no show from O'Neill's Autos, I had to chase him again , I asked on several occasions if he actually has the car parts and every time William said yes and he would come and fix my car, only for William not to turn up, he promised me to return my cash , only to forget and give me some more stories. I managed to find out where he lives, as was not advertised and spoke to him in person, rather than all the text messages from different phone numbers. I only hope I am the only person who was so foolish and believed in this business. Speaking about business, this business is officially dissolved, if you have a look at the government website. As it's stands I have to take O'Neill's Autos Mobile Mechanic to the small claims court, I ONLY WANTED MY CAR FIXED. And thanks for this man I am now stress, out of pocket and a car which isn't fixed. I only hope William doesn't do this to other innocent people like me.

   I called on a Sat morning for some help with a wheel bearing, even though he was on his way back from a wedding said he would be with me in a few hours, true to his word he arrived a few hours later. Very swiftly sorted the issue I was having and did not charge the earth. Nice chap and was happy for me to watch and natter. Deffo will use again.

   done good job on rocker cover gasket but then was asked to wire up switch to radiator only to find he made a big hold in radiator cost me a lot of money to get sorted out . worst thing is he blanks you all the time do not use sorry but you can not treat people like this
