Just when we thought our 30 year old Clearview stove was no longer viable, David Campbell did an amazing restoration job. The stove looks like new and burns more effectively than we ever remember, giving us lots of warmth and hot water.
Professional, courteous and a pleasure. David & Raymond removed a redundant stove which had been fitted incorrectly. They also had to brace rafters which had been compromised by the previous “fitter”. They fitted the new elegant stove on a polished granite slab & I am delighted with, not only the look but its performance. Its operation was fully explained & backed up with a video. The difference between the old one & this Clearview stove could not be greater. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ash to Flame.
A very professional service!! This is our second stove from Clearview and fitted by David. We chose Ash to Flame because we were so impressed with our first one. David also supplied and fitted a beautiful new fireplace. Outstanding Service from Ash to Flame! From the moment I reached out, Ash to Flame made everything simple and straightforward. They came out to fix my chimney and multi-fuel stove, which wasn’t safe to use, and did an amazing job. The team were efficient, friendly, and very clean and tidy. They carried out the work to a really high standard and left everything spotless. I’m so pleased with the result and feel much safer now. I couldn’t fault David for his professionalism, advice and knowledge. What he doesn’t know about wood burning stoves is not worth knowing!! Replaced my 10 year old Morso with a Clearview Stove and it’s been the best thing I have done. Don’t have to clean the glass every time I light it and definitely don’t burn as much wood. Great Product, and professional Company. Ordered the Woodburner got a date for installation, installed on that date by professional technicians and left the house clean and tidy. Great overall experience, recommend this Company totally.
David knows what he is talking about. Technology person more than a salesman. Takes time to explain things in plain language. Shows with things on display and with videos of work done, not just tells. Wet drizzly day today, so one stove was in operation in the showroom: a great chance to try the controls and feel the warmth. Stoves and materials quite pricey but their quality is perceptible. I could not resist buying a surface thermometer. Thinking of buying a stove.
I had a Clearview Pioneer 400 fitted last week by County Down Stoves & Flues & what an amazing service for start to finish. There advise is second to none. Once you buy a stove it’s like being part of a family there alway happy to help. The even manager to fit me in before Christmas which is there busiest time. When buying a stove it’s a false accompany to buy a cheaper one as I’ll cost you more in the long run as it’s got to be fitted right & work.
