Absolutely amazing. My dog Millie has been coming here every 8 weeks since she was a puppy. She loves it and always comes out looking and smelling amazing. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Brilliant Groomers! My dog Erwin always comes out looking great. Staff are really friendly and I wouldn’t think about taking him anywhere else. He is never anxious to go in! I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could.
Thank you very much for the beautiful grooming of our cockapoo called Poppy. She was in need of a fair amount of attention and she looked and smelled wonderful when I picked her up. A really great job
SINCE POSTING THIS- The owner has contacted me on my personal phone with her personal phone with an illegal copy of someone else receipt saying I showed up half hour early!! It’s not even my receipt I can see someone else’s card details on there. I have since sent ba m my contactless transaction showing what time I was there and she’s replied “don’t deal with rudeness” please please don’t go to these people. Please please please read this post before going here. Do not go!!!! I just collected my dog damp, shaking and stinking of wet dog and refused a refund. They also hung up on me after not letting me speak. I was also stopped by a member public further up the street who said she heard the whole thing and couldn’t believe how I was spoken too. They said he was damp as he was scared of the blow drier and that I arrived at 1:25pm instead of 1:30pm. But when I arrived they told me he was ready? He came out damp because apparently he was scared of the blow drier? So if your dog is like mine and 90% of the dogs out there I wouldn’t take him here as they can not deal with dogs that are scared of the blow drier. They also advised because of size (Great Dane) they weren’t able to brush him as he laid down. Again this is a professional groomers. Who are paid to groom dogs. So again if your dog is larger I wouldn’t go here. When I pointed out he was damp the daughter offered to bring him back in to dry him properly. I then pointed out the amount of hair that was coming off of him (picture attached) to which they told me that was normal?!?!?! He has been groomed professionally three times and never ever ever has this much hair come off. He hasn’t been brushed at all. To which the daughter again advised was hard. Imagine all this and they still refused to refund me and hung up the phone when I explained this. Honestly unless your desperate. Please don’t go here. There not dog people. There horse people. And can only deal with very small dogs. They were so so rude.
Just come home from collecting my dog after a call from my partner. I am beyond disappointed. To start he is only a puppy Great Dane. Not full size. They have left him damp and the amount of hair stuck in his coat is terrible from a groomers. They refused to refund my partner as they advised the dog was hard work due to his size but acknowledged he was handed back damp and unbrushed. They’ve hung up on my partner and wouldn’t let her get a word in edge ways. Please do not go here if you have large breeds. We’ve since dropped it a different groomers who can’t understand why they left a dog like this. Baring in mind they are a dog groomers, they also only have one shampoo they use. Have no idea about hypoallergenic shampoos but have advised it’s safe. So god knows. But do not go here if you have a bigger dog or dog scared of hair dryers apparently.
