Fantastic dentist practice. Got in quickly for emergency dental appointment and set up with there dental plan. First hygienist appointment with Fatima was so relaxing and as I've never been to a hygienist before was put at ease. Can highly recommend this company, the staff are friendly, welcoming and so polite. Will go above and beyond.

Amazing dentist. This was our first visit on a Saturday with my 2 young boys who were very nervous. One had to have s tooth removed and the nldentist and assistant were amazing...I will now be asking for Saturday's in the future. He also referred us to st Richards for a full mouth scan for my youngest as he thinks my bo ys has missing teeth and wants yo sort this earlier rather then later

My first time using this dental practise: I had a private hygiene appointment with Fatemah. As someone who feels anxiety going to the dentist, Fatemah was the exact person you'd want to book to clean your teeth. Friendly, informative and efficient. Would highly recommend.

EDITED - the apology is appreciated however you have provided me with an email address that is not correct. I am going to be honest here as feel it is important, especially for anyone scared of dentists like me. I went in and asked if i could sit on the normal chair to start as i am scared and was told that's your chair (pointing to the dental chair) explaining to the dentist the issue i felt she was uninterested in listening to me and was very cold, which is not good when the patient is nervous, there was no reassurance at all and i thought she was harsh and did not at all put me at ease. I paid for the 15 minute appointment but was rushed out and did not want to know when i tried explaining anything. it was a horrible experience and no help at all when your scared. I would certainly not recommend this woman at all and very sad she made me feel even more scared of dentists with her cold hard attitude.

After having mine and my sons appointment cancelled 4 times over 3 months we finally managed to see the dentist although there was a 30minuite delay from appointment time to being seen. Once in the dentist chair the dentist was very nice, kind and apologied for the wait and we were both see quickly It was all very professional any treatment needed were done to a high standard all questions were answered fully and we both felt valued and not rushed with our appointment. The only thing letting the surgery down at the moment is a high turnover of dentists and repeatedly cancelled appointments due to dentist ls leaving.

Just had a filling with no anaesthetic (as recommended by the dentist - gulp!) and it was fine. Brilliant job,...Looks great, feels great... left the dentist without feeling like I had anything done. Many thanks.

I wasn't the person undergoing treatment - my visit was to accompany my mother. Her appointment was easy to set up and confirm on the phone, and she was seen on time. Treatment was fine. One big criticism is access - the dental practice is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by 4 flights of stairs - my mother is 87 years old and this is very hard work for her. There is a lift - but it appears to have been out of order for months which is unacceptable - the site services/building custodian need to address this as a matter of urgency before someone vulnerable falls on the stairs.

Nothing special, I have been coming here for all my life pretty much, around 25 years. You used to turn up, be seen pretty quick, they’d give you a check and if there was minor issues such as plaque. They clean it up for you, which sucked whilst I was younger but now I look back was amazing. Now, I turned up to my appointment at my specified time, had to wait 35 minutes to be seen, Had to re-fill out all my paperwork (as the online check in didn’t work apparently) and when I got told I had plaque in a small area, it was ‘you need to clean there more’ and a on your way within about 5 minutes. Cheeky they’ve also bumped the price up too and tried booking me again in 6 months!

Been going to this dentist for years, and whenever I actually get to see one it's always a good experience. Reception staff not always the best (I've has some last minute cancellations, the most recent one I wasn't even aware of until I turned up at the surgery after taking time off work to attend), but when I last visited in early January 2023 they were good.
