I have always been very very nervous at the dentist’s, however I had a really good experience with a dental filling. Dr Maja, was very gentle, calm and reassuring. The whole experience was excellent.
WOW! For someone like me, I find the whole dental experience scary and I’m full of anxiety! Walking in to get 2 fillings and scale, I’d probably say it was all a blur on the way! But the second I sat in the chair with Maja and Michelle all my stress left! They were fantastic at talking me through each step, they were consistent with the care and patience towards me throughout and I can honestly say I left smiling and not worried and not wanting to “put off” booking a next appointment with them which I have done in the past with other dental practices. They made me laugh, giggle and take my mind off the job in hand but still keeping a high level of professionalism. Thank you both for all that you have done today!
I have been a member of the practice for 50 years. I was not happy with this latest experience. I got bombarded with txts reminding me of the appointment in the days before, on the day though, I was informed one of the two appointments was cancelled. I had no idea if it was the dentist or hygienist as names were given that meant nothing to me. I called the practice 5 times to find out what was going on and each time, the receptionists were too busy to answer. Apparently. In the end, I had to go to the practice. To cap it all, my dental appointment was 25 minutes later than booked. All in all, my worst experience in 50 years, and I am now actively considering quitting the practice.
I’ve just had a crown fitted and am feeling totally happy with the whole process. I am always slightly nervous to have any treatment at the dentist so had been dreading this. However Dr Torkos made me feel completely at ease and it was all done with no discomfort at all. My “new tooth”feels as though it’s always been there - the crown slotted into place like a piece of a jigsaw. He is obviously a fantastic dentist and I would hugely recommend him. The whole team at this practice are all lovely and doing a great job. Thank you!
As always, on time, everyone is so polite and helpful. Very professional and friendly. If you could ever say it’s nice to go to the dentist then this team would tick that box.
Dr Azizi always greets with a smile and is lovely and very down to earth. She also has a great sense of humour which has always made me feel relaxed. I always feel that she does her best and doesn't rush. I have never had any issues with Dr Azizi's work and trust her completely. She is certainly the best dentist I have ever used. Thank you......
Have been a customer of this practice for some 20 years. From first arriving at Reception, you are made to feel at ease with very friendly smiling faces, which helps considerably when you are nervous. I recently have been experiencing considerable pain, which I discovered needed a root canal filling. I can only say that I was terrified of having this done. Michael Cole has been brilliant, he explained exactly what was going to happen and as it turned out it was no worse than a filling. Except it took considerably longer to do. I was even more impressed today to receive a call to see how I was recovering. I cannot recommend this practice enough, they have always been caring and efficient.
Cherry was wonderful as always. However , the frosty reception from the receptionist was disappointing. Given that appointments attended by my family run late more often than not, I didn’t appreciate the negative attitude as a result of my running about 6 minutes late. More tact would helpful next time please.
Unlike most visits this was unfortunately a disappointment. I came for my check up and was asked if I was experiencing any problems to which I replied some sensitivity, I was told that I had some recession and may need a filling but because she was not my dentist she could not offer a filling but instead a varnish treatment (I have seen a number of dentists and this is the first time I was told I couldn’t have a treatment by someone who wasn’t my dentist) this was carried out but the rest of my teeth went unchecked (knowing that I may actually need a couple of fillings)
